We want you to love your order. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to let us know.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item: free
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email hello@velmyre.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- You do not pay anything for faulty, damaged or wrong items.
- In most cases we will send a free replacement or give a full refund without asking you to send the item back.
- If we do need the item back, we cover the return shipping cost.
Changed your mind
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Email us first at hello@velmyre.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive the item, we refund the full item price.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or card). Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show it.
