Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in China and sent to you with a tracked international service.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can be longer during busy seasons (such as Black Friday and Christmas) or because of customs checks.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel to your door. You can also check your order status on our Track My Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are handled by us. You will not pay anything extra on delivery.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours at hello@velmyre.com and we will update it if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and send a free replacement or a full refund.
